Hello and welcome — I’m Christina Cohen, the artist behind
Boobahka.
I’ve always created with my hands, heart, and soul. My work spans
across acrylic painting, tattoo art, body painting, and clay sculpture. For me, art isn’t just something I do — it’s how I process the world, my emotions, and my health. I live with Multiple
Sclerosis (MS), a chronic condition that impacts my body every day — but never stops me from creating something beautiful.
Through color, shape, and skin, I bring visions to life: bold
women painted in body art, surreal paintings that reflect inner worlds, hand-formed clay figures filled with character, and tattoos etched with story and intention. I’ve shown my work in galleries,
won awards, and shared my art with people from around the world. But I’ve also had to adapt. The energy I once poured into art shows and markets is now carefully rationed, and every piece I create
carries a little more soul — and a little more survival.
This site is a space where I share my work, my voice, and my
story. When you buy from me, you're not just supporting an artist — you're helping me continue to live with purpose and dignity, even while facing a complex illness.
Thank you for visiting. Thank you for seeing me.
Let’s keep creating — one piece at a time.
